i used to be a fat peice of shit that every kid in school would make fun on....i couldnt stand it so i decided i would change all of that

i love nothin more than workin out even tho i do slack off sometimes......my diet is shit...i eat fastfood likee atleast twice a day probably......but idc....i love to lift and wanna be a personal trainer wen i get older

i want to be able to bench 300-350 within the next year and a half
hey that goal is attainable but remember wear and tear on the joints is easy. And your traps and shoulders look good but make sure to stay semetrical with good size legs. Cause if you ever compete thats whatyou need.
I just turned 17 a couple weeks ago...and just got reppin on bench for 270...if u want to get ur bench up, always stick to a 4-6 rep range and once u hit the 6th rep range go up 5..its gauranteed to work.
