I have been in to sports since junior high school. I never worked out in high school, because I thought it would make me tired, and than i would not be able to pratics hard. By the way i was into Football,Track and Field,Basketball. Track was my favorite sport, I won state in the 100 meter dash in Columbus ohio for the AA division in 1991. When I went to college, for track and field, the coach made us lift. Trust me i did not want to lift no heavy ass weight. So i would go to the weight room and set their protending like i workout already. The coach caught me one morning and that all ended to no weight lifting. So i was training with weights and did not like it a bit. After college i played semi-pro football. This is when i stated to workout and it was around 1995 but nothing serious. I was the average jo I would workout for a good 2 month that off for 3. You guys know what im talking about. year 2000 I got serious about my train in the gym. I had to have knee surgery and it stop me from running and playing ball. That when i turn to lifting weights. I bust my but and eat burger king like it was going out of stlye for years. Finally someone notice that i had the talent to bodybuild and compete. This was around 2004 i decided to take that person up on trying to compete, and sure enough(LOL) i was on the stage 4 weeks later. I had stop burger king four weeks out, and started eat alittle healthier and lost some fat.. I say i came from 220 to 197 and trust me i was still soft. Their was alot more fat to come off. I did not look that bad it just i did not have a 197lb of lean mass on my frame to make me look great. So from their i took off and land here where im at to day. My goal is to turn pro, and get on the olympia stage.
Why I Love It:
I was in to muscle guy when i was young,, I use to draw lot of muscle monsters, and men.. so i really didnt think of competing. Growing up i had muscle and they just kept getting big each year... I didnt start working out until college, i would never touch weights in high school. Being i was in to sports, and my favorite was track and field, so i felt like working out would tired me out. so i would not do it..
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated, because im a competitor, of any sport. I never quit and i never give up a sport, unless i was hurt or i wanted to move on to something differ...
BB Accomplishments:
I want to compete as a pro, and maintain a healthy liftstyle in the bodybuilding world.

The North Americans... was a sucess I placed in 5th... But the crowd.... cheer boos, because they figure i should of been placed higher..... I was shocked that the scales weigh me in at 192lb... Which i think was a little fishy... Some of the thinks i notice about me after...
