Reason: This protein powder is so good you feel like your cheating! It is sp versitile. You can use it in everything like I do... I make chocolate omelets! YES!
I have at least two scoops a day! It's rich, yummy and sooooo good anyway you have it.

Reason: I just started taking these vitamins.... AFter my contest, I was so tired, and fatigued.... I need to incorporate more vitamins and nutrients. These come prepacked, and easy to take... I think there are like 7-9 different vit and minereals in each packet for each day

Reason: i wanted to try and mix things up, since I am a chocolate lover! Vanilla is so yummy! Put it in your Greek yogurt and then you have cake batter without the fat and sugar!
