Goal (Long):
My wife LOVES arms, i want bigger, defined arms by the time i leave Iraq and see her again.
I also want to flatten strengthen my chest. I can do 60+ push-ups, but i only get 135 up 10 times on the bench. I know i use ALOT of tricep when i do push-ups. I want to work on overall chest strength. I can get 200lbs up on the bench pretty easily, but my problem is endurance. 135lbs i don't start to feel it til about 7reps, and i die FAST.
Eventually i want to be about 200lbs, 22 more than i am now. I was 192lbs in the begining of June, i've lost 14lbs (mostly bull**** beer weight) now i want to build my body up.
Well, i've never "Blogged" before, i guess its really just me rambling about whats on my mind.
Today was an off day from lifting, so i hit the treadmill. Ran 2mi in 13:30 or so. That sucks for me. I was hurting today. I don't think i got enough sleep or water yesterday. ...
