it was coffee now Black Powder by MRI the best nitric oxide supplement out right now...way better then that no-x supplement everyone is buying...well at least for myself anyway

Lots of cardio....like a cross fit type of workout. have not been doing my meathead training lol. no time.. doing some Navy training and in the last 5 or so weeks i have lost around 14lbs
