When I Started: Jan 2007
HOW I STARTED:

Got tired of being fat and out of shape.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It's something I do for me. I do it to make other parts of my life better but I do it for me. To make myself better in my own eyes. So I can look in the mirror and look the guy in the face and be proud of him.

My Workout Program

I am now doing a full body workout 3 times a week. Seems to be working. I concentrate on large muscle groups, I work with free weights as much as possible to work stabilizer muscles.

It takes me close to 2 hours to work out that includes cardio, I have been riding the stationary bike for that lately but I sometimes mix it up with a treadmill.
