Get down to less than 10% bodyfat and maintain it while gaining Muscle
Goal (Long):
Over Last year I could gain over 10 lb of muscle (and some fat :( ). I also realized that my carb intake was undue high, protein intake was below par and cardio was near zero.
I hit a platue mainly due to lack of cardio capacity to increase the intensity beyond what I was at. More calorie intake to keep bulking was only adding more fat.
So I decided to overcome this platue by 1) better managing diet 2) increasing cardio capacity 3) increasing intensity. I am now trying to cut down as much fat as possible over next 2 months (Just reduced total calorie intake, other things are in place)
After 2 Months I am planning next bulking phase. My target for next 1 Yr is to add minimum of 12lb (5.45kg) of muscle whilst keeping a strict control over Fat %
After a sharp cut from abt 23% bodyfat to 17.9%, I had started experiencing lower metabolism phase causing halted cut for few days. Uping Calories and adding some more Carbs pre/post W/0 was obvious to get over. Progressing with Cut slowly but Steadily now .. to 16.9%

LOL, I joke with my girls that I am an old man. I do not feel that old but when you have a 14 yr old that is pushing 15 yrs ... well ... I'll just say I am no spring chicken anymore, certainly about a month ago I felt old. However, since getting back into the gym 5 days a week. I feel great. Thanks bud.
