So then just sleep 3 hours but you still train! Cmon get with it! lol..JK. Im there so just come whenever you want. Saturdays may be better cuz I dont start training until like 6:00am-6:30am. Not 4:30am..Im not that crazy! Only insane..lol. ttyl.
SOunds great brotha! I have been enjoying these college days. I am cleaning up my diet more and more each week . It's actually pretty easy to eat well here. Unlimited veggies and lean proteins have made me increase my strength more in 3 months than I have in about half a year. Right now im toning because I just finished bulking a bit. My bf% barely went up though so im just as cut as i was before.

pretty good man i know it sounds crazy but ive never been on any kind of diet or supplements just very good genetics but i recently got me some leukic and vitakic im goin 2 stack them im only on my second day but i think takin them and really stickin 2 a good diet and routine i should c serious results in tha next month or so
