How I Started:
I went to Mexico for work, and when I came back my wife hired us trainers. Didn't care for the trainer at my old gym, but decided to stick with it. I used to live off Wendy's and burger king, and smoked a pack a day. Realized I needed to make a serious change or I'd be dead at 50, (if I was lucky to live that long).
Why I Love It:
I love the high you get while lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
Until about a week ago I didnt. I'm hoping this site, tracking my eating habits, and seeing my progress will help me stay motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I couldnt do a set of 10 on a bench with 65 pounds when I started out. My max sucks imho right now, but compared to maxing out at around 85lbs, 190+ isnt too bad.

that's awesome, i haven't gotten to give it a chance yet. the highschool gym we were hitting just got axed from the program cuz my buddy quit coaching and had to turn in his keys. how are the workouts going, starting to drop some inches?
