I use to play basketball, but have let myself go each year since I stopped playing! I will accomplish my goal of developing a healthy lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I love to workout to see the changes in my mental attitude.
How I Stay Motivated:
Each day I write that I have one less day to get to where I want to be, I leave it on the mat and I keep pushing play!!!!

i WILL GO TO BED AT NIGHT AND GET MORE SLEEP! I WILL EAT MORE VEGETABLES AND FRUIT AND WATCH LESS TELEVISION. I WILL PUSH AND PULL RUN AND WALK TO A FITTER HEALTHIER PERSON! I WILL DRINK MORE WATER AND EAT MORE SOUP!!!!!
