valdanielle06 Thanks for the info! There is a CLA product on here..it doesn't have a brand name. I am looking for something without caffeine because I already take a pre-workout supplement and don't want to have a heart attack! haha. So, would the CLA still be okay? Mar 7, 2012 5:00pm

valdanielle06 Yes, I do eat very very clean. I've calmed down on the cardio though..haha :) When I decided to become healthier in October, I was doing tons of cardio but I noticed that my arms were too thin and I wanted some muscle and definition. So, in January is when I started lifting more and have gained muscle. I am currently 41.2% muscle! :) Mar 2, 2012 9:32pm
