Good on you bro for starting early respect that n regret not doin it myself. At 15 i was the same build, minus you nice tone. You will fill out just keep it up. The best thing is you dont have to worry about dropping your body fat as alot try so hard to do.

I just looked at your workout routine and i must say that it looks jammed packed - lots of days and lots of muscles groups worked in such a short period. Do you muslces have enough time to repair fully? Or do you find your workload managable without any pain, aches or suffering from DOMS? Was just wondering.
