When I Started:
Jan, 1994
How I Started:
First of all, I am a athlete, but I wanted to be big when ever since I first saw Tony Atlas, the wrestler; I wanted to look just like him. I knew I couldn't, so I just continued to play football in high school and graduated in 1994 weighing about 153. But it wasn't until 1999 before I was serious. I had some gains and living the Army life hindered me from lifting. However, in 2004 I was back on the path. Ronnie, Dexter, and JOJ are my motivation!
Why I Love It:
It is a stress reliever and I love the smell and the sounds of the gym. I love to here iron clanking and the sounds of people trying to defeat the iron. I love hardcore gyms like Gainesville Gym when I visit family in Flordia. I don't need headphones or worry about people judging or looking at me like I'm crazy, just loud music and the clanking of weights! WHOA!!!!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by helping others reach their fitness goals and read Flex and learning for one another.
BB Accomplishments:
Featured in M&F 9 Nov 09. I wear 3N2 clutch performance gear.

You were my motivation and still are big man. I will definitely check out the Nov 9th issue. You doing big things bro...one day I'll step it up a level...just need to be on the right path at the right time I guess.
What's good big dawg? I'm good. I hurt my back last week bro. Was squatting at max and screwed my lower back. The next day, I couldn't even get out of bed. It's better now. No pain...just still a little stiff. The lower back is nothing to fuc with.
Where u been hiding yourself. How are things with you big dawg?
Sorry you didn't place brother, but never fear. Your transformation was quite good in my opinion. I can see you taking it even further. Never give in, NEVER surrender!
hey man, thanks for the encouragement and the inspiration you've shown on and off the battle grounds. keep up the good work and keep me posted w/ any workout ideas or anything that could help me out as a newcomer
