I have always been into sports. I played high school and college sports from wrestling to football. i was always pretty strong and in shape so I maintained up to my mid 20's gained a lot of weight and been losing and leaning ever since.

thanks :) my wings are a big concern. i think i've made the least progress with them but slowly i'm getting them. even if they don't get too big as long as my weight loss works and my waist slims more i figured i'd do alright.

I got lazy near the end of september and although I was trying to get back to normal, my training schedule just didn't get met.
LOL, we're back on though.
Training legs twice a week will do you good. I'm hoping you're actually recovering from leg workout 1 by the time leg workout 2 occurs along with the converse.
