I'm in the Army and have been working out since joining 15 years ago.
Why I Love It:
I workout because I like to push/challenge myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is my biggest problem :) I've always been on the roller coaster workout. As I get older though I realize I can't cut weight the way I used too so I'm finally realizing that it needs to be a consistent thing.

well i've been doing the workout thing pretty hardcore for the last month. i have to say it's been quite a few years that i've felt this strong. i'm still working on which supplements work the best for me and what workout programs are best for me. right now i'm doing 6 weeks with a four day...
good for u with ur lunges no matter how unbalanced u r..i am still way to intimidated to do lunges or squats at the gym..but boy does my booty shake on the stepper..lol
