I just try to eat as healthy as possible.
keep it simple
i try to eat 6 meals a day
lean proteïne, vegetable/fruit, Carbs with a low GI every meal
8-12 glasses of water
low calorie drinks
Proteïne shake en carbs with low GI before and immidiatly after a workout
some nuts, healthy oils or fish for my healty fats.
Some Greek Yoghurt before going to bed.
