Just a lot of small plain food meals.....essentially, I follow the ChickenTuna plan.

Jen_absgirl Thank you so much for the very kind words. I am a hardgainer too - your genetics are actually better for what you wish to accomplish as you have the testosterone to help you. A clean diet is very important. I have some of what I do on youtube under pixiedust3727 - they are in reverse order starting with 'breakup makeover'. you will find among the progressional ones two on diet and two on training.
