Started weight trianing for sports and it became part of my daily ritual
Why I Love It:
In most of everything that we do everyday, you never see that much of a return, whether it is kindness towards others or a project completed at work. Lifting allows me to put as much effort out and receive the equal amount of awards in return.

None as of right now, I have lost a large amount of muscle do to a poor diet and high stress, one good side my bf is at an all time record low now 10%
Well I am all settled into the new home now, the gym is finished and I have been using it for the last three weeks. For the first three weeks I have been going mainly light to make sure nothing gets pulled prior to slamming the heavy weights around again.
Hey Jeff THX for the add. Far as my diet goes, it is very detail especially for me and controled by my conditioning coach. I sign a contract not to share it with anyone else and paid for his advice and training. I will say this tho. It is about 50 carbs a day and 1.75g of protein per pound of LBM a day. Lots of cardio! Best to ya and keep the faith!
