Currently, I am doing a few cardio sessions a week for only 30 minutes, but won't start my hardcore dieting until January. I look forward to shedding some fat to see how my development has come along. And yeah, I am only doing the men's open.

Things are going well. Had a long offseason- 3years. Starting cutting phase in January, looking forward to it.

Yeah, training is going great. Yes I plan on doing 1 or 2 shows next spring. How about yourself? You planning on doing any shows?

Very well, thanks. Training more methodically than in the past few years, but have to go through the trial and error process to find what works. Good back definition in your default pic too.

As well, I did a slow cut from 210lbs to 180lbs. Currently, I am going up to 190lbs till the fall and will start my contest diet phase then.

Training is going great. I have made some substantial improvements from my offseason, and looking to do a show next year-- it will be nice to see improvements once I diet down. Congrats on your cytogenix contract-- I am also signing with them in the fall. Impressive back by the way. good width and thickness.

yeah training partners come and go. I have one of my buddys now that I train with who has been training as long as I, but realistically,it doesnt matter to me. Partners are usually the best for leg day because that is the most challenging day.

I appreciate that. Yeah, my main goal for an extended offseason was to fill out my physique. Even if I don't weigh one pound more than I did at my last show, I know my development is more complete. What shows are you doing next year?
