Hey Capt. Think I finally got this delayed onset soreness thing fixed. I fell into it by accident. I simply take 2 glutamine pills with my protein after I work out. On leg days, it's turned into a freakin' life saver. Let me know how you're doing.

Oh, and one other thing, get out of your house and go to a gym. That way, you prepare, and it becomes a god habbit, and it's a good thing to do. Get seriouse = get results, don't get serious = no or little results.

I can see you have your benchpress numbers on your profile. But what's got me concerned is the lack of numbers for deadlifts, squats, etc. Remember, you should be after all around muscle building. Don't forget the basics. Squats and deads are massive muscle builders. Good Luck!

Well I think according to your profile that you're about 15 years old. At your age is when all the hormones are flowing. If you want to get larger, legs are the answer. It would be good to do a couple of sets of squats prior to each workout. God LUCK!

I appreciate your feedback. I did some squats this week, but my back was really hurting after 3 sets of 135 at 15 reps. I've gotta get this down. I don't know what I've changed. I'm going to track someone down who can help in person. Thanks

Yea, I did squats Friday. Did my 20@225 after I did a short set of 6 at 315. I'm even wearing a belt. So, yea, for me, it's still a work in progress. I do not see how these guys can squat 400+ pounds..

I don't take creatine at all. From what I understand it's all water anyway. But, yea, I'm working on the same thing you are - abs. I know I have them, I just can't see them. So, I'm watching my diet and stepping up my cardio. I've dropped about 20 lbs so far.

Yep, I agree HighPoweredDud is the proper name for you. You have no business stealing and then posting other people's pics. These guys have done something that obviously you haven't. That is accomplished something. So why don't stop stealing and start dealing with adding your mass??? Take down those pics that aren't yours and man-up and post your own.
