Thank you for writing. I feel like a celebrity but in reality I am indebted to David Robson for the fantastic article and Bodybuilding.com for the exceptional video that they did on me and presenting it to the world on their front page is an honor that is humbling beyond words. I thank the Lord for all He has blessed me with and Ryan DeLuca for his commitment to fitness.
Thanks for the advice man, legs are by far the hardest body part i do, me and my gym partner avoideded legs for the past 3 weeks, but we are going to start doing them again.
Thanks for the blog comment man, sorry I didn't see it in time. I got through that mini-cut... it was terrible. Constantly energy depleted. But I'm back on my regular diet now. Nice job on the 505lb deadlift! I'm afraid to death of them because of my form. Haha! Good luck and have fun BBing!
i don't want to take creatine and other things to gain mass. i ll start gym on june and i ll try to gain mass with the normal way. but first i need to lose the fat from my belly as it hides my abs.
I am happy to add and honored to have you as my friend.
Remember: “Create and indelibly stamp in your mind a mental picture of yourself achieving your goal. Hold onto this picture tenaciously. Try never to permit it to fade. Visualize it often. Your mind will seek to develop this picture.”
Glad to hear that the cardio helped after your leg workout but not glad to hear that you have had some trying times. Remember: "God didn't promise a day without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain. But He did promise strength for the day, comfort for tears and light for the way."
Believe it or not after your heavy leg day if you can force yourself onto the treadmill and do a 20 minute “EASY” cardio session at a slower pace with zero incline it will help you recover. The cardio will help rid your legs of their build up of lactic acid as well as other harmful toxins that slow down your muscles from their full recovery. Glad to hear that all is going well with the diet.
Keep challenging yourself and you will get where you want to be. The real secret, if you want to call it that is eating 5 or 6 clean, small, hi protein, lo carb, lo fat meals a day, (2 or 3 can be shakes) working out with weights 3-4 times a week and doing cardio at least 3 times a week. Don’t worry about bulking, your muscles will grow while you are lifting weights and feeding them protein and show themselves while you are losing the bodyfat.
Thanks for the comment but dont assume I dont work my whole body. I work the entire body twice a week actually. As for my legs, Im not ready to display them yet. Yes they lag a bit but thats cuse i didnt work them out a lot before i got serious. get a profile pic.
I received my much-needed body transformation by following the 12-week Body for Life program. I lost over 50 lb's and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat. Although not super easy it still isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I believe that if you push yourself, probably a bit out of your comfort zone, the results will be well worth the effort. Let me know if you want to talk.
