How I Started:
I started delivering phone books and was looking way too skinny. Also I quit drugs and needed something to take the stress outa my life.
Why I Love It:
grrr, I feel like the bad ass around my friends... and look like it to :) No, that's part of it, I also love the stress it takes out of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at myself in the mirror and remember the gut I had. Now my wife beggs me to take off my shirt so she can do laundry on my abbs

just started so my big accomplishment is sticking to my new years resolution

To be 5'10 and 205, maybe 195 depending on how big I look.
Goal (Long):
I started a new years resolution to get back to my old football days. My 24 hour fitness plan is 4 days a week 2 to 3 hours long of 1 and a half hours of lifting weights and a hour of cardio, swimming and sauna,steam room,jacuzzi. I give myself a year. I have the motivation because I love the way my wife says I am starting to look.
