What are your personal NON-FITNESS life goals?
To continue to make independent films and hopefully break into a big budget film. Plus for my son to get the best education possible.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
Since Fitness is my career and in fitness we only believe in hard, dedicated work...then YES.
Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
My outlook on life is positive...everything positive. In training we believe failing is method of greatness. Same in life
