How I Started:
I began late in 2003 with heavy concentration weight training. I would weight train along with my sport karate training but never complete focus on my body. I put on about 35lbs over the summer. I took some time off from the point fighting cicuit. My childhood friend asked me to come train outside in a cicuit train session. Well, it started to pour down rain and we continued on and I fell in love with the art, immediately. Throughout the years I have incorporated martial, sport karate, kickboxing, boxing with weight training and fitness and general.
Why I Love It:
The sweat and hardwork. That feeling once you have completed a set or a rep or a complete workout...that satisfaction of completion and the rewards that stem from training.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror...
BB Accomplishments:
Hitting 560 on barbell shrugs at 6 clean reps. Out side of that my background with martial arts...27 years experience, %th degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and Tang Soo Do, 9 Time National Sport Karate Champion, 2 Time Martial Hall of Fame inductee, over 4,000 trophies and awards. I also have been in independent films...Swamp Zombies, Curse of the Wolf, Chasing Darkness, Virgin Pockets, Rednecks, Stolkholm Syndrome.

What are your personal NON-FITNESS life goals?
To continue to make independent films and hopefully break into a big budget film. Plus for my son to get the best education possible.
