I started in H.S. for athletics. I continued on and off till about ten years ago.
Started again last winter after an illness.
Why I Love It:
It feels good to be improving.

Yesterday was wieght day. I switched it up just a bit. I did the same four basic lifts (squat, bench, bent row, and shoulder press). I increased the weight just slightly and dropped the reps to eight. So I did three sets of eight reps for each lift, concentrating on strict...
