When I Started: Mar, 1999
How I Started: Needed to stay in shape for motorcross racing. Then when I finished my career racing I decided to start putting more time into body building.
Why I Love It: Its the time i put off to the side for myself nobody else just me. I enjoy pushing myself to the limits, and then breaking them.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by knowing what effect this is going to make on my future health. I want to be in great shape no matter how old i am.
BB Accomplishments: All my accomplishments are for myself so far, but i would like to have something to show for it soon.

front 240lbs front relaxed -112 Lbs
you can tell i was heavier in my face. i was 240lbs with muscle but still holding alot of fat. after motorcycle accident i decided to start cutting.  trying for 220Lbs without much increase in fat. So far so good.

Main Goal: Compete
Goal (Short): I Want to gain 20 lbs of muscle, and stay ripped in the process.
Goal (Long): Im currently cutting and im almost done. I will then be around 200lbs, i will then like to add 20lbs of muscle to reach my goal of 220lbs and 8% body fat.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 8%

I seem to be adding quality muscle since im still going up on the scale and havent added any to my belt yet. I do feel alittle bloated but i know its only water, and i can loose that in a week.I am trying to eat as clean ass possible. Gotta love how fast you can add muscle after...
