At 245 pounds
This was taken 1 1/2 months into training and dieting properly. As you can see, there is no definition in the abdominal region yet, however the peak of the bicept is starting to develop.

I started at 250pounds overall and this was taken 3 months later and 32 pounds lighter. The ab region is starting to show more definition.

Took this right after dinner. I have been dieting for about 5 weeks now and cardio for 45 minutes on an empty stomach each morning

Another pic after dinner at 218.6 lbs. Can see the abs but there is still some fat covering them. Trying to keep the fat burning as high as possible for another few weeks

1 month away from my Vegas trip. Trying to cut as much as possible. Last week my bodyfat read 11.9% on the handheld version however the trainer that conducted it said I am definately lower due to my height and athletic build so we will see i guess.
