When I Started:
2004
How I Started:
I started working out during high school for football and when I got hurt in college I wanted to continue pushing myself to the limit and since I couldn't do it in football, I committed myself to making my body as strong as possible. Working out is something that can be competitive at any level and I constantly strive to do better each workout. I can't stand people who do things half-assed so why would I do that?
Why I Love It:
Love the intensity and the fact that for the 1-2 hrs your in the gym each day, nothing else matters except you and the weight. Also, I love going for late night/midnight runs, its a great way to burn energy and relax.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at my body changing, seeing others who look better than me, and of course, dime-pieces!
BB Accomplishments:
Don't really have any, I did play college football though. I just want to get my body in the best shape possible.

Goal (Long):
My new goal is to bulk up to 260 within the next few months and bench 315 for reps. Im looking to increase the width of my shoulders, get more of a V-taper as well as strengthen my overall legs.

you may get to be a champion.
