How I Started:
Wanted to get in better shape
Why I Love It:
It keeps me in shape and looking good, i love the rush of whatever it is that makes you feel great after a workout, and it is a healthy consumption of time
How I Stay Motivated:
By participating in sports in which working out gives me an edge (beach volleyball, biking, going to run a triathlon this summer) and by looking at old pictures of me when i was heavier and saying that i don't want that again.

Goal (Long):
I was always the chubby kid through high school, after high school i started losing weight and slimed down alot (went from 200-165) now im at 158 and am working to further define my muscles to where i am ripped, with a good "non-fad" diet (one that i can stay on from here on out, more like a healthy eating plan than an actual diet) and my training at the gym i plan on reaching this goal in the next couple of months
So I came up to Kings Mountain NC (about 45 minutes from Charlotte) to visit my dad this weekend and have no access to a gym. So I decided to get some good cardio in, mission accomplished. I ran around this little town for about an hour and 45 minutes stopping to grab some water and go to...
