I remember my first inspiration was the cover of an Arnold movie. I couldn't believe his muscles were real. I thought it was so cool. So in the middle of 7th grade i started lifting weights. I was in great shape throughout jr high and HS and even college. I think i peaked in 2001. In 2003 i was diagnosed with testicular cancer. I am cured and healthy now. but life has been busy and i have a sedentary job. my body is the worst it's ever been and I feel like crap, my 6 pack is gone, and i really want to get back and become stronger than even my peak condition before i had cancer. It's harder now because i will be 30 yrs old in March 2008 and I have a more sedentary job since i work for myself as a portrait photographer and work at home most of the time.
Why I Love It:
God has created in the human body the most AMAZING creation of all! it is glorious! I want to carve this body like clay into a beautiful work of art. hey, muscles look way better than fat =)
How I Stay Motivated:
One thing that motivates me is seeing others succeed, and looking back at how great my body was not too long ago.
BB Accomplishments:
I had a great 6 pack in 2001. In 2003 I survived cancer.

This is in the worst shape of my LIFE!! i cant stand to see it. so i hope this motivates me to work out hard!! and stay disciplined.
2 weeks after returning from Turkey & Israel, i spent 12 days on that trip, lost 5 lbs or so. i didnt lift weights but i spent many hours walking with a backpack so i burned some fat im sure.
Praise God you are healed. Chris you've been through a lot and remolding your body is nothing compared to what you've been through. TAke it from me, it does get a little harder every year as you get older, but in your 30's is still very young. I challenge you to meet this challenge head on and we'll get our bodies in great shape in 2008. Great pictures by the way, and you look awesome in them. You can get there again!
