How I Started:
I got started when school started about a week and a half ago. I have been over 300 lbs for about as long as I can remember. So, when school started, I decided to incorporate fitnes into my lifestyle, not just for fad's sake. I just wake, eat, workout, and start the day. It's really so good.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it takes away stress. I work out instead of party, get wasted, and total lack of care for myself.

BB Accomplishments:
Between the summer of 2006 and this Spetember, 2006, I have lost 47 pounds, from 365 to 317. I restricted my eating patterns, without really working out, and lost so much of the fat from these past few years.
My wellness goal is to lose 70 lbs of fat by the end of August, 2007, keeping the lean body mass I have now.
Goal (Long):
Right now, I weigh in at 318 lbs. By the end of this semester and Interterm, January 16th, I plan on being under the 300 lb. mark, with a weight between 285-290. I want to be able to have the type of self-esteem to walk around with a shirt off by summer's beginning. My bodyfat percentage is 31%. I want to have a bodyfat percent between 15-25% by the end of summer. I want to lose 50 pounds of fat by April-May, 2007. I want to bench 300 lbs by the end of summer.
