Well, I am now eating to get big. But back a couple weeks ago, it was mostly one with a good amount of cardio. Plus making most of my carbs come from fruits and vegetables.

Hey what's up Tim. Haven't been to Gold's in a while I've been going to Snap since I got a free mbership. Free tanning too lol. I'm down to like 208-209 LOL. Still keeping most of the strength I gained, losing mostly fat I think. Just not all jacked up all the time. I'll be in there Thursday for legs, maybe i'll see you.
