Looked in the mirror one day in 2006. Got mad. Walked into the gym the next day. Got busy. Didn't look up for five months. Got hooked.

Each set with a weight increase such that I can do the minimum but no more than the maximum. Two warm up sets, very low weight. First Set: 6-8 reps. Rest. Increase weight. Second Set: et: 4-6 reps. Rest. Increase weight. Third Set: 2-4 reps. Rest. Increase weight. Fourth Set: 1-2 reps. Rest. Decrease weight to First Set.
