How I Started:
Was over weight as a kid and wanted to lose unwanted fat and gain muscle. Idolized how fit pro wrestlers were. such as hulk hogan
Why I Love It:
it gives me a sense of accomplishment that i cant get anywhere else. Its great to see the results of what u have worked so hard for come to light.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking in the mirror and envisioning what i think i could look like.
