I've been messing around in the gym since I was a child. My father was an amateur bodybuilder, so we had a home gym. After years of working out and seeing no results, I finally witnessed a breakthrough during my senior year in college. Since then, I've been hittin' the weights a bit more regularly.
Why I Love It:
Obviously, I like the aesthetic aspect of the sport; it feels good to look good. Additionally, I enjoy the challenge of piecing together a diet, the right supplements, and an appropriate training regimen to produce my desired results.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation tends to be the vacations that I take. I LOVE hanging out at the beach, traveling, and meeting new people; and, I always have another vacation that I'm planning which serves as a motivation for me to stay in shape and look my best.
BB Accomplishments:
Successfully completed my first Bodybuilding Competition (Kansas City Gold's Classic, September 13, 2009) taking 2nd Place in the Mr. Kansas Natural Division, 1st Place in the Novice Men's Tall Division, and Overall Novice Men's Division

yea conditioning is definitely the hardest part for a lot of people. and nailing that definitely wins you some points with the judges. and yours looked great too.
Yes I am serious. I don't like to lose to be honest. I accomplished alot but I know I can do better. I have been eating but I don't want to have to lose alot of weight.
I just dropped by to say that you look absolutely fantastic! You have the body that so many men dream of but are not willing to put the effort into developing. I compliment you on your dedication, determination as well as your achievement. You are a fantastic inspiration to others, especially me. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Things are crazy! I have a new job. The comp was so challenging- the prep. Yeah, I learned alot. I am ready for round 2. I know that I can transform this vessel even more.
