Background

When I Started: Mar 2008
HOW I STARTED:

My Working Out Start date is actually round two. I was going pretty good for two years and then had surgery in Oct 2007, as I was recouping from that I broke by foot in Dec of 2007, so I had a period of about 5-6 months where I was not working out :( Now I am back and feeling good!!!

WHY I LOVE IT:

The way I feel, the personal satisfaction I get. Also the way my wife wants to maul me isn't a minus either lol. Your body is your personal gift you received at birth. Not taking care of it is like someone giving you a new Mercedes and you let it go to shit, don't clean it, don't change the oil, let it rot...the car is then worthless and you are a ungrateful shit for letting that happen to such a nice gift!

Right now my motivation is seeing my progress and watching the progress of others. If I stop noticing my progress (become blind to it and start getting discouraged), seeing the progress of others helps keep me going. Thats why I joined this site, seems like a great forum for this!
