Poor quality photo, but the earliest I had before I started training. I was too thin, lacking muscle, and had no definition whatsoever.

I had just eaten a 1/2 lb of ground meat, so I had a little bit of a belly, but it had been so long since I had put a progress pic up, I took one anyway. I'm doing good, but still have a lot of work to do.

In three months, I corrected my diet and trained steady. I gained 14 pounds. Have a little bit of definition and vascularity, but I'm lacking the size and proportion that I'm aiming for. Still have a lot of work to do.
