Adding mass and cutting at the same time is totally possible, just a little more difficult than the traditional way of doing things. That's what I go for too. I just eat a lot of clean, clean foods. Training is going great on my end. Been doing more core and HIIT sessions along with the weight routine, seems to be paying off so far.

I've been concentrating more on calves and hamstrings lately, also twice a week on core instead of the one time a week I was doing. Between that, the normal routine, and sprints in the morning twice a week, I've been trying to push it to the max! Hope you have a good weekend!

That's great CJ, heck yeah you should be happy with that! I actually lost some weight, but didn't have any terrible losses in strength, I just kind of leaned up a bit. Trainings going very well. I've been concentrating extra hard on the lesser worked areas such as certain parts of the legs and a lot of core. I'm loving the results! Hope your week is going well!
