is transformation was mentally, very challenging. It was very difficult to lose weight at a safe caloric intake. I worked with a trainer for all 12 weeks and he, no doubt, kicked my butt! Weeks 1-4, I ate about 1700 calories a day, lifted 4 times per week and completed 250 minutes of cardio each week.
