My Motivation Program

I log my daily caloric intake and go to the gym 5-6 days a week, even if it's just to do cardio. There is something powerful about being surrounded by active bodies that fuels your competition instinct and pushes you harder.

is transformation was mentally, very challenging. It was very difficult to lose weight at a safe caloric intake. I worked with a trainer for all 12 weeks and he, no doubt, kicked my butt! Weeks 1-4, I ate about 1700 calories a day, lifted 4 times per week and completed 250 minutes of cardio each week.
