Change of plans!!! I'm moving to Tucson, AZ July 2009. I'm so excited!!! No more snow or ice, yeah!!! So, I will wait to compete until after I move. I will be moving in July. So, I will compete in August, September, or October.
Goal (Long):
New Goal: I've gained a lot of muscle and some body fat with it. It's time for me to lean down and compete. I want to compete. I will compete after I move back to Indiana. Old Goal: It's easy for me to gain fat, but hard to gain muscle.It's particularly hard for me to gain muscle because I'm a vegetarian. I've been a vegetarian since the age of 7. I'm allergic to soy. So, I can't consume high amounts of soy or I will get sick. Also, I'm severely allergic to broccoli, cabbage, apples, greens, and most fruits and vegetables. I can't drink milk because it makes me sick to my stomach, but I can digest whey really easily and some milk containing products that have digestive enzymes like lactase added to them. So, you can probably see from the food restrictions that I have, that it's really hard for me to gain muscle. I will attempt to gain as much muscle as possible while keeping my body fat percentage down as low as I can. Gaining muscle means that I will gain weight, and I think muscle is beautiful, empowering, and displays mental will power. I know that anything is possible if I ask for it from God through Jesus Christ. Tameka

OK, one of my new hobbies is searching on Craigs list and E-bay trying to find used gym equipment.  Today I purchased this lat/cable machine for dirt cheap.  It's a Parabody latmachine that has a low row.  So, I can do my wide grip pull-downs, narrow grip pulldowns, low rows, triceps...

If you are in need of help, I can offer you assistance. This includes posing, and diet for figure. I am highly suggesting that you take a good look at your physique and consider waiting until October show to compete. Which will permit you to lose an additional 20 pounds that is needed to place you into the top 10. Damn! Have u stopped using the Somalyze?? Has the rash cleared up?? I'm sorry 2 hear about that! Are u still continuing to lose weight/see results? I switched over to the Velocity Diet 4 days ago to speed up my weight loss, but am going back on the Palumbo diet once I finish w/ the Velocity Diet. Hope ur doing well!
