I use to back in high school for sports.
When i was 19 i was in a car accident and messed up my neck, shoulder and lower back, since then i have gained some weight. My goal is to get back in shape and possiblly the best shape of my life.
Why I Love It:
Its a chance to get away from work and the house. i set personal goals and i love to met those goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to see the faces on everyone when they see they new me. haha
I want to be healthier adn fit

i was really sick and took 2 weeks off, but im back in there now!
so im gettin sick, i hate it, i dont want it to break my routine. but is it rude to workout when you are sick? i want to workout but i think its rude to be spreading germs all over the gym.
If you are really serious about losing weight and getting into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy.
