lonewolfcf Been poor of late. Regaining my focus to run the James Kerstetter 5k in July. Joined a gym and got a trainer to help keep me accountable too. I got sick a couple of weeks ago and am still fighting it off. Killed the diet during that whole trying to feel better process. Back on track now though. 80) Apr 17, 2011 11:45am
