What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Depends wether it's cardio day or Lifts.

I take N.o energy Formula's on lifting day's for the Pump

And just a Z-Bec and Caffine before Cardio. The pump will wear you out during Cardio

Update. Been on vacation 16 day's of the last 32. Lot's of unhealthy food but blessed with a good workout room. My bulk is going well and I am now back home and back on my normal routine.Gone from 172-178 in the past 5 weeks and currently @ 8% B.f. Hoping to get up to around 190 and work from there.

Workout Program:
I wieght lift 4 times a week on random days.Most of my exersise is based on cardio.mostly jump roping,headache bags,punching bags,speed bags ect..I wake up around 6 and take a mile jog thru the woods.eat breakfast and hit the gym.I prefer to do these muscle groups...

thanks! yeah im taking protein, and i've just started taking creatine! 10grams, before and after a workout, i do fullbody workout 3x a week
