How I Started:
I've always been an athlete ever since I could walk. It was either soccer, basketball, volleyball, or rodeo. But as I got older my metabolism slowed down and when College Volleyball season starting I was way under par!So now I am serious about being as fit as possible!
Why I Love It:
It gives me so much self confidence!

With every drop of sweat I smile .... Cause I know Im gonna look good in that bikinni.

I now have definition in my abdominals even with my huge scar cutting through them.

Goal (Long):
I am a college volleyball player, but I am not at my best phyical status. I have been on a regular well based diet plan for five months now and have been consistantly running and lifting for two months. But I am still a little too heavy in the lower body. My legs are not very cut and I have excess fat under my glutes. Those have to be fixed ASAP! I would also like to get a six pack which I am starting to see definition in the upper two. But I have hit a plateau and need some help from more experienced individuals.
Well, I am new to this website and blogging in general. I joined this site to try and gets some tips and advice from fellow athletes. I want to have the extreme cuts and definition but not put my athletic abilities in jeopardy, seeing as I play college volleyball.
