what base are you on? eglin maybe? dont find too many other miltary on here close to home

man my legs feel ridiculous right now. i started with 3 warm-up (light)supersets of leg exs and leg curls. then i tried the 100x135. i got 40 on the first drive, then 20. after that i dropped it down to 95 for another 20. threw up 4 times. most awful workout i can honestly say ive had in a long long time!
