How I Started:
I have been lifting since high school. I was a member of the weightlifting and wrestling teams. So I've been training for a while, but have just recently started bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
It raises my confidence and is a great way to make friends. I feel better after every workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
All my friends at home and the gym tell me how I look better and am progressing in all aspects of life because of it. Plus my lifting partner is ridiculously huge and blessed with awesome genetics, so hes always there to keep pushing me beyond my limits.

Goal (Long):
I want to be the first and best looking athletic/professional trombonist. As a musician you get comfortable and fat, and I am looking to re-define the image of the typical musician.
wasting my time in the gym, underestimating myself and not lifting heavy enough or long enough or to the right degree.
its almost a waste of my time and energy. i could be somewhere else doing something productive. it sucks coming back to training and not really knowing whats safe to do and...
MONDAY: Chest, Back, Shoulders, Abs: Bent BB Row/Bench Press, High Row/Incline Bench, Bent Lateral Raise/ Flat-bench DB Flyes, Straight-Arm pulldowns/cable front raises,Back Extensions/Crunches. All 3 sets, ex 1 6-8 reps, ex 2 8-10/failure.
Tuesday: Quads, Hams, Abs, Calves, Bis, Tris,...
hell yea man, i told you it would be sick, literally. Great job, alot of men don't have the heart to get through it. Keep up the hard work man, it will pay off.
