Reason: This stuff has been working great for me. Creatine wasn't getting me pumped up during and before my workouts and I went on this and definately noticed an increase in reps and endurance.

Reason: Noticed some energy and muscular improvement while taking my last cycle of it.

Started: Feb 03, 2009
Reason: Looked at my nutrition and was taking in maybe 75% of my bodyweight requirement in protein (120g vs. around 220g). Breaking it down to one scoop (24g) once before breakfast (when I wake up), once mid afternoon (usually around 3pm) and then again about half an hour before bed.
