Congrats man. My little Caitlyn was 7lb 7oz and long 20 3/4". As of right now, she looks like she has less body fat than I do. Good luck, and make sure you get enough sleep. I put on 5lbs over the 2 weeks since she was born (jan 29th).

Man, you are gonna get no sleep for the first week with the baby. I've been squeezing in workouts in the evening after the baby and wife are fed and down for the count. Just hope when I get back to a regular schedule and can weigh myself, that I haven't put on too much weight. Best thing that I've done for my fitness is getting a lot of easy fix/pre-made meals like stir fry and leave out the high sodium stuff dressings. Its quick and at least not resorting to McDs and pizza.

Good luck on the baby as well! My baby and wife are both motivators for me and I think I'll be a great motivator for my wife after the delivery. She's mad/happy seeing my bodyfat go down where hers has been hitting new levels for the first time. Should help us both work on weight loss after the baby is born.
