When I Started:
Feb, 2004
How I Started:
(2003) I started to grow my spare tire and that got me really pissed! I got the membership in my local gym and started lifting weights 5 days a week.
Why I Love It:
I love that I can change my body and enjoy the transformation.
How I Stay Motivated:
Difficulties only make me stronger. When I got started, I worked hard but didn't see real results in the first 3 months. Many in my place would have quit but instead I went to gym twice a day and started reading more to educate myself. If I have to name any motivator that would be the Bodybuilding.com for helping me to lift and eat smarter.

I guess some guys are lucky; they buy the cheapest creatine, gulp it down for a week and see the results in strength and size. Well, nothing comes easy for me in life and creatine is not an exception. After trying different brands of creatine mono hydrate, I concluded that creatine has no effect...
Thanks for your feedback in my blog! The road to competition is a little tough yet its doable. Knowing I can have a cheeseburger the day after the show keeps me going! hehe
hey man, i have to ask you a question
im currently taking cellmass and it says take after workout on an empty stomach but how will i get my protein in on time. Also i cannot take protein before my workout either
Yea I increase the reps especially on back day. The back and leg muscles are the biggest muscle groups of your body and need more work than say your biceps or shoulders or pecs. Also depends on the mood I'm in. I felt like I could have done more, especially on the deads.
I actually have recommended fitday to many users on the forum. However, my diet is prepared for me so there is no need. ;) Steve aka Twin Peak of Peak Physiques specializes in contest prep diet and/or training programs. He does my nutrition in season.
