Well, I've started back doing cardio. I think this was what was missing from my training. I used to do cardio immediately following my weight training, but I started with a new training partner, and his routine went longer that I'm use to, and didn't have time for cardio. So I've started...
Thank you so much! I’ve actually had that tattoo since 2000 and I love it! It did not hurt what so ever, but I try to be very cautious when I tell people that since I do have a very high pain tolerance. Take care!
I too train with primarily guys, have been all my life. They did not take me seriously til I had to prove a point and got stronger than most of them..haha now they listen when I tell them how to train. My advice to you is to stay focused get on a consistent clean diet and consistency is the key. take care! Tammy

YEAH... I love it there... I have learned so much from the guys there... I think they think I am "just one of the guys now"... but they are good to me..
Yeah.. I had a partial tear of my right pec... which just means I did my deadlift wrong...lol.. but I havent done any upper body for two weeks...been doing cardio though..trying to look a little more lean.. Its depressing though, just when my arms start looking good...

Ah as far as legs it all comes down to diet for me - I'm just now seeing them come around. I also do legs twice a week splitting between front and back. And the Stepmill is awesome for the legs (it's the escalator looking thing) killer! I also work out pretty much by myself. Haven't gotten too many females to hang with me lol!
Thanks so much. I do a 5 day split on or two body parts. Right now I've gone back to a heavy lifts. Cardio wise I do that stepmill thing and right now Im on a hill sprint kick trying to get the legs leaned out all the way.
